Cancellation Policy

Cancellation less than 7 days in advance will incur a cancellation charge of 50%.
Cancellation less than 48 hrs in advance will incur a cancellation charge of 100%.
However if cancellation needs to be done 24 hrs in advance because of the unlikely event of Konkan Railway being unable to confirm seats, then a 100% refund will be given.

Any additional services availed by the guest other than the ones mentioned above shall be borne by the guest.
Bookings are subject to confirmation from Konkan Railway Corporation Ltd.
Waitlisted tickets will be booked by Majorda - Mumbai Sales Office that will be confirmed by Konkan Railway under special arrangement.
The boogie & berth nos. will be given to the passengers on the date of travel.
The return berths no: will be provided to the passenger on the day of travel from Goa from the Front Office of the Resort.
Check-in & Checkout time remains independent of the train timings at 1200 hrs noon.
The to & fro train tickets will be provided on Konkan Kanya - Tr Nos: 0111 & 0112 respectively. All berths will be on 3-tier A/C coach.
